Angelique (she/they) is an enchanting Puerto-Rican singer-songwriter born and raised in the Bronx, New York. With her background in Psychology and the Dramatic Arts, she has always been determined to explore the power of music from a psychological lens, therefore, touching upon themes having to do with healing, catharsis, self-discovery, and resilience in her songwriting. Influenced by artists like Demi Lovato, Melanie Martinez, Adele, Kelly Clarkson, and Lady Gaga, Angelique's style of music is very versatile in which she explores different realms of pop such as dark pop, pop rnb/soul, jazz pop, electropop and more! Angelique is currently performing at open mics, cabarets, concerts, shows etc. all across New York promoting her debut EP “Surrender” ! Some of their recent shows have been with their band at The Rockwood and Mercury Lounge!
